INITIAL PROCEDURE:

Before you start working out, we first need to arrange a FREE Initial Consultation. Here we discuss your medical history and your health and fitness goals.Therafter, your Personal Training Programme will begin to take shape.

Your investment depends on factors such as:

  • The number of sessions pre-booked (the more sessions, the lower the investment per session);
  • The number of clients training at once, whether solo, with a partner or in a group;
  • Whether the sessions take place in our main street fitness studio or elsewhere.

(Sessions in the fitness studio are more economical, as no surcharge needs to be added in your Personal Trainer travelling to & from the training venue, or having to carry extra equipment).

So, in a nutshell, without obligation, arrange a day and time in our fitness studio where we will be able to give you an accurate answer after a free initial consultation.

Training sessions

With 1-to-1 personal training in our centrally located private studio in Gibraltar, you will benefit from quality individual supervision. This will enable you to enjoy from safe and effective training programmes. Your new training will surely be different and more varied than anything you may have experienced before.
